Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted for 30 days after your order has been shipped, please follow the return instructions below:
Returned product must be in original packaging and have all original tags.
Product MUST be in original, sellable condition.
Package order for return:
When repacking the order to send back, be sure pack it securely to ensure the safe return of your order
Include your packing slip or order number
Include reason for return
Remember to get tracking on your return so you can keep an eye on the progress
Once your order has been received, we will verify your order meets the criteria above. When your order has been verified a credit will be applied to your credit card. We do not refund original shipping or return shipping charges.
It may take 7-10 business days for you to see a credit to appear on your statement once your order has been received in our returns department.
Due to changes in pricing and availability, we do not do exchanges. If your order meets the return criteria above, please feel free to return your item for a refund to use on your next order.

APO and FPO options are available. Please allow additional time for customs and military mail procedures
Tracking will be emailed to you once your order has shipped and is also available in your Customer Account area if you have chosen to create an account.

Track An Order
Orders can be tracked by logging into your account and clicking on your order in your Order History.
Order history is available for customers that have created an account. Please login at the My Account page to view your order history, tracking, and other information.
To apply a promo code to your order, please follow these steps:

On the right side of your page, above the Checkout button you will see a box that can be used to enter your promo code. Type your code in the box provided and click "Apply".
You will see your discount applied and you are now ready to press the Checkout button to continue with your order.
Promo codes cannot be combined, only one can be used per order.

After you select your shipping method you will see a Payment Method area
Below the spot to enter your credit card information you will see a "Gift Certificate" field
Use the box provided to enter your gift certificate number and click "Apply"
You will see your total update
You are now ready to enter your credit card information, if needed, and continue with your order.
